It's a hosted widget. No SDK, no install, no server for you to run — you embed one line and it's live.
1. You get a license key
A signed key, locked to your domain. It only works on your site — copy it to another domain and it won't load.
2. Paste one line

The brain is the product — the model is just the engine that runs it.
What BYOK means
You plug in your own LLM API key (OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter, DeepSeek, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint). You pay your provider for tokens; we host the knowledge base and the wizard.
What you keep either way
The same 80+ brand knowledge base — known failure modes, real fixes, vintage-specific failures, and bench field notes. The model writes the words; our knowledge base does the audio thinking.

What counts as a diagnosis?
One customer conversation that reaches a diagnosis or a routed lead. On hosted tiers it's metered monthly; on BYOK it's unlimited (your tokens, your cost).
Can I switch between hosted and BYOK?
Yes — anytime. Drop in a key to go BYOK, or remove it to go hosted. No lock-in, no re-onboarding.
Is my customer data used for training?
No. Your customer PII is never used for training. Anonymized diagnostics (gear + symptom only) can optionally improve the shared knowledge base — you can opt out.
